member of the Law Review in 1969 while attending
the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He also
served 6 years with the National Labor Relations Board
as a staff trial attorney. Mr. Fischer has over 30 years experience representing school boards in all school-related matters, specifically, special education law issues. He is a founding partner of the firm.
